Atomic Robot Cardboard Unity App
When I was interning for Atomic Robot in Cincinnati, Ohio as a UI/UX Visual Designer we had a hack day where I worked with another intern, Stuart Bowman on a project! We wanted to pool our experience working with game engines and on game art and so we decided to build assets in Maya for use in Unity, using the Google Cardboard API. The final product was built for Android phones and pulls music from the user's music folder which is then interpreted to different speed values for the rotating static meshes. It's rather simple, but it was a good introduction to Unity and developing for virtual reality, which I later expanded on with the Bitter Albatross project.
